Hey there, I’m Madeleine. I spent 15 years building a career where I explored every facet and corner available to me to better understand my chosen industry. From end to end of the supply chain, across multiple continents, living & working in eight cities and (very rural) towns, and eventually running my own business — I saw a lot. That meandering path wasn't a detour, but a never-ending discovery. #neverstoplearning became a tag I lived by every day. This path is exactly where I learned how businesses actually work, how communities are built & maintained, and how the right words at the right time can land with everlasting impact.

As a public speaker, I have taken the stage at industry conferences, symposiums, and expos across the United States, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. I have appeared on live radio and nearly two dozen podcast episodes to speak on topics ranging from sustainable business practices to building a career rooted in authenticity and culture.
As a writer, my work has appeared in internationally distributed print magazines, digital magazines, and curated anthologies.
